Procurement
reimagined

Since 2021 we have reimagined how hundreds of clients, with tens thousands of users generate procurement insights with Spendscape.

Today, Spendscape is a unified web platform with interactive dashboards, easy new feature discovery, and a rich visual side thanks to 3D animations. It features multiple Gen AI-assisted products to speed up time-to-insights and data-cleansing processes.

Input Cost Monitoring

Due to high inflation, clients had a need to understand which price increases from suppliers are justifiable, and which should be negotiatied.

Our Gen AI-enabled product allowed them to break down strategic goods into raw materials in seconds. Understanding material breakdowns allowed them to connect them to relevant market indexes to analyze various market drivers. Using interactive dashboards they can see procurement areas with price increase risks and savings opportunities.

Interactive
data visualizations

Dashboards created in Power BI allow clients to understand where they have paid less than the market price, and where they have negotiation opportunities due to overpayments.

This report is just one of dozens of analytics designed for specific user tasks. By introducing BI product teams to a jobs-to-be-done we created a set of mutually exclusive analyses, all focused on real-life scenarios like negotiations with suppliers or identifying M&A synergies.

Wirtualna Polska Group

Leaders on the Polish Internet had a desire to become the platform of choice for Generation Z through a project with ambitiously defined OKRs

B2C
Mobile

Brief

Wirtualna Polska wanted to understand how they could attract Gen Zusers to their products and platforms. Discovery showed that engagement targets they look for are only found in the products leveraging the swipe-to-discover mechanics. WP would need to not only enter this market but become one of its leaders.

The project proposal emphasized the need to confirm business viability and suggested a potential solution to achieve the targets.

Current situation

Growth beyond aquisition

Achieving the goal purely by acquisition would require gathering a user base of 12 mln users — 18x the current base, and 4x the Polish Gen Z population 🙃

Increase engagement

The desired results could be achieved by focusing on increasing the ratio of hard users* while simultaneously doubling the user base

*users who log in daily

Product prototype

Such high engagement can be observed mainly among products with swipe-to-discover mechanics.

To achieve >70% of users logging daily WP would need to compete with apps like Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.

The project recommendation focused on creating a small start-up-like entity to test this concept among already engaged and loyal Gen Z users,
to validate if such high engagement is viable.

Electronic music visualisations

Through the years I have been involved in the Wroclaw music scene as a visual artist - designing the event materials, creating brands, or performing as VJ.

Events

KWASwear

The idea was to produce apparel worn during music events.

We focused on acquisition and brand recognition. We promoted underground music initiatives on social media channels, as well as through outdoor campaigns which increased our reach.

The funnel from SM was redirecting potential customers to our online shop where the merchandise was available.

Events

After nearly 2 years of being active, by attending various music events as a media partner we have decided to try something new.

We have decided to host our events with electronic music. We aimed to provide not only the perfect sound but what was more important – engaging and original visual experiences.

A/V Performances

As a visual performer, I did projection mappings, and custom light installations, and managed existing light fixtures. Created a lot of animated posters, motion graphics, and event videos.

As a VJ I performed alongside music artists, with curated video sets for each event.
